We are looking for a confident and customer-focused CRE to join our interior fabric store. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and an interest in fabrics, furnishings, and interior products.
Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in customers and understand their fabric and furnishing requirements.
- Explain product details, fabric options, and pricing to customers.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable fabrics for curtains, upholstery, and other interior needs.
- Follow up with customers and support order closure.
- Coordinate with tailoring, billing, and operations teams.
- Maintain customer records and sales details.
- Execute sales from enquiry to closure.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in fabric, furnishing, or retail sales is an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
