Receptionist – Wellness Clinic TNagar
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for Clients and plays a key role in creating a warm, organized, and professional clinic experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in wellness and patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using clinic software Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times Handle check-ins, check-outs, and basic billing or payment processing Answer general inquiries about services, practitioners, and clinic policies Coordinate with practitioners and staff to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming reception area Manage emails, messages, and administrative correspondence Assist with inventory, forms, and other administrative tasks as needed
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
