Key Responsibilities of an HR Executive
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source and screen candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain recruitment records and reports.
2. Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain employee personnel files.
- Update HRMS and employee databases.
- Manage joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and exit documentation.
- Ensure employee records are accurate and confidential.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance.
- Manage leave applications and balances.
- Coordinate with payroll regarding attendance and leave records.
4. Payroll Support
- Collect and verify payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with the finance/accounts team for salary processing.
- Handle salary-related employee queries.
- Ensure statutory deductions are correctly processed.
5. Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Celebrate birthdays, festivals, and company events.
- Conduct employee feedback and satisfaction initiatives.
- Support employee recognition programs.
6.HR Policy Implementation
- Communicate HR policies to employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Address employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
7. Exit Management
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Coordinate full-and-final settlements.
- Ensure clearance from all departments.
- Process relieving and experience letters
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
