We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. The intern will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records. This is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Assist in posting job openings and managing recruitment campaigns.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
- Eagerness to learn, good organizational skills, and a positive attitude.
