Job Description:-
1)To provide technical guidance and support as the team installs.
2)Maintain, and repairs the building's electricalsystem.
3)They are responsible for ensuring that safety standards and compliance codes are met, and oversee the training and scheduling of workers.
4)Understanding and studying project concept, architectural drawings, MEP drawings and working drawings
5)Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
6)Assess potential risks, materials and costs
7)Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies proactively
8)Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
9)Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
10)Daily updating on the project details to the concerned Project Architect
11)Preparing measurements sheets for Turnkey projects and cross checking the same with BOQ.
