ob Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Engineer (B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech – Civil) to manage office-based technical coordination. The candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, handling client communication, following up on inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and managing documentation to ensure smooth laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send quotations for material testing services.
- Handle client inquiries through email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients for quotations, work orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with the laboratory and field teams for sample collection, testing schedules, and report delivery.
- Prepare work orders, proposals, and other technical documents.
- Maintain records of client communications, quotations, and project status.
- Draft and respond to official emails in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with government departments, consultants, contractors, builders, and infrastructure companies.
- Ensure timely execution of client requirements and resolve coordination-related issues.
- Assist management with MIS reports, documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain proper documentation in accordance with NABL quality procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Master's Degree (M.E./M.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Good understanding of civil engineering and construction materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prepare professional quotations and official correspondence.
- Good organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in civil engineering, technical coordination, estimation, tendering, or office operations is preferred.
- Experience in a material testing laboratory, construction company, or consultancy will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
