Key Responsibilities
- Handle guest inquiries received through:
- Instagram
- WhatsApp
- Calls
- Google
- Social media promotions
- Convert inquiries into:
- Table reservations
- Corporate party bookings
- Event attendance
- Group bookings
- Coordinate with operations and floor staff for smooth guest experience
- Maintain reservation records and guest databases
- Follow up with customers for confirmations and repeat visits
- Assist in promoting ongoing events and special nights
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain professional communication
- Ensure prompt responses to all guest inquiries during work hours
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
