Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage email automation workflows.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
- Segment audiences and maintain email databases.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve engagement and conversions.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in Email Marketing.
- Experience with tools such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of email automation and campaign analytics.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
