Job description
As the one responsible for managing all operations of a particular branch, a branch manager has various duties and responsibilities. Here are some of them:
· Setting and achieving the branch’s business goals
· Ensuring the branch runs smoothly and adheres to organisation’s policies
· Preparing and managing the branch’s budget
· Nurturing relationships with customers, vendors and the community
· Making managerial and financial decisions on behalf of the branch
· Handling Operations of the Branch
· Developing and attaining Sales Goals
· Managing and retaining Staff
· Day to Day Accounts and Finance updates
· Reporting to Head Office
Qualification: Graduation/ Post Graduation
Experience: 2- 3 years in Nidhi/NBFC/Insurance/Banking mandatory
Also preferred – Retired from Govt service/ex-Army, etc.
Skills:
· Good Communication and managerial skills.
· Should be able to manage and coordinate with the team
· Should have good Leadership quality
· Achieve the Targets
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner or max. 15 days
