Development Manager – SBI Life Insurance Job Description: Recruit and build a strong team of Insurance Advisors / Life Mitras. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Train, motivate, and mentor Insurance Advisors. Drive the team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor advisor performance and improve productivity. Generate new leads and support advisors in converting prospects into customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Promote SBI Life insurance products and explain product benefits to customers. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines. Support advisor activation, retention, and long-term business growth. Achieve individual and team business targets through effective sales planning.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
