The role offers exposure to international business processes and provides hands-on experience across multiple services offered by Brickwork India under “Business Enablers and Business Operations” functions.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong learning attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
This is a 3-month paid training designed to provide hands-on experience in delivering Business Support and Business Operations Services to global clients. High-performing interns who consistently demonstrate professionalism, strong communication, customer-centricity, and operational excellence will be considered for full-time employment (on-roll) for a position of Jr. Business Support Executive (BSE) with Brickwork India, subject to:
- Successful completion of the 3-month training.
- Achieving a Green Flag status in all mandatory assessments and evaluations.
- Meeting the expected performance, quality, productivity, attendance, and behavioural standards throughout the internship.
