Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients visiting our Nashik center. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, patient appointments, inquiries, and administrative support while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage patient registrations, appointments, and follow-up schedules.
- Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails.
- Maintain patient records and update information in the clinic management system.
- Coordinate with doctors, counselors, and other staff for smooth patient flow.
- Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain basic billing records.
- Manage daily appointment calendars and ensure timely patient communication.
- Handle patient feedback and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Support administrative tasks as required by the center.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, front office, customer service, or healthcare administration.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp Business).
- Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.

Salary
₹10,000 – ₹15000 per month (based on experience and skills) + Incentives.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
