Job Description – Head of E-Commerce
Position Summary
The Head of E-Commerce is responsible for driving online sales growth, managing digital sales channels, and leading the company’s e-commerce strategy to enhance revenue, profitability, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s e-commerce strategy.
- Manage online sales channels, including the website and marketplaces.
- Drive traffic, conversions, and customer retention through digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance, analytics, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, IT, and customer service teams for seamless execution.
- Manage budgets, promotions, pricing, and product performance.
- Lead and mentor the e-commerce team.
- Advance knowledge of e-commerce order panels (Amazon, Flipkart, Shiprocket, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales management.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, analytics, and marketplace management.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
