Job Summary
Watson Logistics Pvt Ltd is hiring experienced and hardworking Dock Staff / Warehouse Operations Executives for handling day-to-day warehouse and cargo operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of warehouse management, container stuffing, cargo carting, and logistics coordination.
We are looking for someone who can work under pressure, communicate effectively, coordinate with transporters and operations managers, and execute operational planning smoothly as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse and dock operations efficiently
- Supervise container stuffing and cargo handling activities
- Coordinate cargo carting and transporter movement
- Maintain proper communication with transporters, drivers, and warehouse staff
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager for execution of shipment planning
- Ensure timely loading, unloading, and dispatch of cargo
- Handle operational pressure and urgent shipment requirements
- Maintain discipline, safety, and smooth workflow at the warehouse/dock
- Prepare and maintain operational records when required
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, or dock operations preferred
- Knowledge of container stuffing and cargo handling
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Team player with a responsible attitude
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and transport coordination
- Experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry will be an advantage
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
