We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Floor Manager to oversee showroom operations and lead the sales team efficiently in the small and large appliances section.
Eligibility:
- Any Degree preferred
- Minimum experience in electronics/home appliances showroom required
Required Skills & Experience:
- Must have experience in Small Appliances & Large Appliances sales and operations
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to achieve showroom sales targets
- Good knowledge of electronic and home appliance products
- Ability to manage staff, customer handling and floor activities
- Smart, energetic and result-oriented personality
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day showroom floor operations
- Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve targets
- Ensure excellent customer service experience
- Monitor product display and showroom presentation
- Handle customer queries and escalations professionally
- Coordinate with stock, billing and delivery departments
- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily reports
- Ensure smooth functioning of appliance sections
