Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out & Modular Furniture
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to lead residential and commercial interior projects from design approval to final handover. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in modular furniture production, site execution, vendor coordination, and project scheduling.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
✅ Complete projects within agreed timelines.
✅ Submit weekly project progress reports to management.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor project schedules using Gantt charts or project tracking tools.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, site supervisors, carpenters, electricians, and factory teams.
- Track production status of wardrobes, kitchens, TV units, and custom furniture.
- Conduct site measurements and verify drawings before production.
- Manage procurement of plywood, hardware, laminates, and accessories.
- Ensure installation quality meets company standards.
- Monitor labour productivity and site progress.
- Handle client communications and project updates.
- Prepare project completion and handover reports.
Required Experience
- 3+ years in Interior Fit-Out, Modular Furniture, or Turnkey Interior Projects.
- Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and custom furniture.
- Experience coordinating factory production and site installation.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Ability to read production drawings and BOQs.
- Valid Driving License.
