Technical Secretary to Managing Director
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Technical Secretary to assist the Managing Director of a leading engineering contracting company. The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative, coordination, and technical documentation skills to support day-to-day business operations and project communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director
- Prepare, manage, and maintain technical documents, reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and follow-ups
- Liaise with project teams, clients, consultants, and vendors
- Maintain records of contracts, project documents, and confidential files
- Assist in preparing tender documents, MOMs, and project-related communications
- Handle emails, calls, and office correspondence professionally
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in engineering/construction industry
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and document management
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of engineering/project documentation procedures
- Familiarity with tendering and contracting processes
- Strong multitasking and coordination abilities
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
