Key Responsibilities
1. Student Counselling & Admissions
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, batches, fees, schedules, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Handle admission-related queries and follow up with prospective students.
- Convert counselling enquiries into admissions as per assigned targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective students.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
2. Academic Coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day academic activities of the coaching division.
- Coordinate with faculty/trainers regarding class schedules, batches, study material, tests, and academic requirements.
- Ensure classes are conducted as per the planned schedule.
- Monitor batch strength, attendance, student participation, and academic progress.
- Coordinate changes in faculty, batches, schedules, and classes whenever required.
- Ensure students receive timely information regarding classes, tests, assignments, and other academic activities.
3. Student Relationship & Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for students regarding academic and course-related matters.
- Resolve student concerns and coordinate with the concerned departments/faculty for timely resolution.
- Regularly collect student feedback and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Monitor student engagement, attendance, and retention.
- Maintain regular communication with parents/students wherever required.
4. Team & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Faculty, Operations, and Management teams.
- Support the management in implementing academic and student-engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate seminars, counselling sessions, orientation programs, demo classes, and student activities.
- Ensure proper communication between students, faculty, and management.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain student admission, counselling, attendance, batch, and academic records.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by management.
- Track counselling leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
- Monitor batch-wise student performance and attendance.
- Maintain proper documentation of student grievances and resolutions.

Required Experience
4–8 years of relevant experience in any of the following:
- Coaching / Test Preparation Institutes
- EdTech / Online Coaching
- Educational Institutions
- Academic Counselling
- Student Admissions & Counselling
- Course Coordination
- Training & Education Operations
Candidates with experience in competitive exam coaching, professional courses, online learning platforms, or student admission counselling will be preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
- Master's degree/MBA/PG qualification in Education, Management, Psychology, or a related field will be an advantage.

Salary: As per experience and suitability
Joining: Immediate/Short Notice Preferred
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
