The Automobile Service Manager oversees and manages all aspects of the service department within an automobile dealership or repair facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of service technicians and advisors.
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure the use of proper diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
- Monitor and improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and finance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
Qualifications:
- Relevant field Experience (preferred).
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in the automobile service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and technology.
- Budgeting and financial management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
