About the Role
Sunrise CSP India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Production Engineer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, ensuring product quality, improving production efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Supervise fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, and testing activities.
- Conduct in-process and final quality inspections.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Maintenance, and Project teams.
- Maintain production reports, SOPs, inspection records, and quality documentation.
- Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.
- Use engineering drawings and GD&T for inspection and production activities.
- Perform dimensional inspection using measurement instruments and photogrammetry (preferred).
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
- Certifications in CAD/CAM, Quality Management, Metrology, or Photogrammetry are an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in Mechanical Production or Manufacturing.
- Experience in quality control and inspection.
- Hands-on exposure to fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly.
- Experience with photogrammetry, 3D scanning, or dimensional inspection is preferred.
