Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical and non-technical roles through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, agencies).
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, extending job offers, and background verification.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding and orientation experience for new hires.
2. Payroll & Compensation Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salary calculations, reimbursements, deductions, and bonuses.
- Track and manage employee attendance, leaves, overtime, and leave encashments.
- Ensure compliance with statutory withholdings and contributions (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS/TDS filing support).
- Resolve employee salary queries and generate pay slips.
3. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and physical/digital documents.
- Manage employee offboarding: exit interviews, full & final (F&F) settlements, and clearance procedures.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance schemes, and wellness programs.
- Draft and issue employment letters (Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Experience Certificates, Relief Letters, Increment Letters).
4. Employee Engagement & Office Administration
- Organize employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and celebratory events.
- Foster a positive workplace environment and address employee grievances constructively.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks and collaborate with office management to maintain daily workplace operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle HR operations, recruitment, and payroll processing.
- Skills:
- Proficiency with HRMS tools (e.g., Zoho People, Keka, BambooHR) and payroll software.
- Strong working knowledge of local labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹11,017.64 - ₹33,109.81 per month
