Job Overview
Qualdow is looking for a responsible and hardworking Picker & Packer to assist with the picking,
checking, packing, and dispatch of materials and goods.
Key Responsibilities
Pick materials/items as per orders, invoices, or instructions.
Check quantity, item details, and condition of materials before packing.
Pack materials properly and securely to prevent damage during handling or transportation.
Label and organise packed items correctly.
Assist with loading and unloading of materials when required.
Maintain proper arrangement and organisation of materials in the storage area.
Assist in stock counting and basic inventory checking.
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials to the supervisor.
Prepare materials for dispatch and coordinate with the concerned team.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the packing and storage area.
Follow safety procedures while handling and packing materials.
Perform other warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.
Requirements
Previous experience in picking, packing, warehouse, or material handling is preferred.
Freshers may also apply.
Physically fit and comfortable with standing and handling materials.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to read basic item details, quantities, and labels.
Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of stock/inventory handling will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
