Lancecube Technologies is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our business growth initiatives and drive strategic partnerships.
About the Role:
As a BDM at Lancecube Technologies, you will play a key role in shaping the company's growth strategy, managing a team of business development professionals, and establishing long-term partnerships with enterprise clients.
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals
- Identify, pursue, and close high-value business opportunities in target markets
- Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve individual and team targets
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and delivery teams to align on growth objectives
- Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and reports to senior management
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics and report to management regularly
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales management, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in managing and growing client accounts
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Experience in the IT services, software, or technology industry is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software, reporting tools, and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
