Role Overview
We are seeking a smart, persuasive, and execution-focused professional who can transform leads and inquiries into successful registrations through calls, follow-ups, and relationship building.
The candidate will own the end-to-end registration lifecycle—from outreach and qualification to conversion, payment follow-up, and participant support.
This is not simply a customer support role. We are looking for someone who understands sales conversations, customer psychology, engagement, conversion metrics, and growth.
ResponsibilitiesCustomer Outreach & Registration Sales
- Make outbound calls to prospective participants from the existing database
- Explain event offerings, benefits, pricing, and registration processes
- Understand participant interests and recommend suitable registration options
- Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed registrations
- Follow structured follow-up processes to maximize conversions
- Handle objections confidently and move conversations toward closure
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain ongoing engagement through calls, email, and WhatsApp
- Respond to participant queries promptly and professionally
- Build trust and long-term relationships with participants
- Maintain clean and updated CRM records
Registration Operations
- Track registrations and payment status
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth participant onboarding
- Support participants throughout the registration journey
Performance Tracking & Accountability
Track and analyze performance metrics including:
- Calls completed
- Conversion rates
- Registration numbers
- Revenue contribution
- Follow-up completion
- Payment conversion
- Participant satisfaction
Prepare weekly performance reports and recommend improvements based on conversion insights.
Take ownership of achieving agreed registration and revenue targets.
