- Manage daily accounting operations including sales, expenses, and reconciliations
- Reconcile marketplace settlements (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) with internal records
- Track payments, refunds, returns, and commissions
- Maintain GST records, invoicing, and compliance
- Prepare financial reports such as P&L, cash flow, and sales reports
- Monitor inventory valuation and stock accounting
- Handle vendor payments and receivables
- Identify discrepancies and resolve financial issues
- Assist in audits and tax filings
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation
- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
