A Government Building Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of public infrastructure. He should have work experience in Govt. building projects.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in Govt. building construction project management, with a strong focus on public works, institutional buildings, or infrastructure projects.
Compliance Knowledge: Previous work experience needed in CPWD, PWD, NBCC, RAILWAYS etc. both central & state Govt. dept.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Client billing & execution management of works of entire projects.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients.
- Local issue resolution.
Salary: 30,000- 70,000/ month

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
