Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist to join our center. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients for various tests and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) and at least 1 year of experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients for various tests and procedures
- Perform pediatric blood draws with precision and care
- Expertise in ABG or blood culture collection
- Ensure accurate labeling and storage of samples
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
- Provide excellent patient care and service
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)
- 1+ years of experience as a Phlebotomist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
