Hiring : Computer Hardware field Engineer
- Visit client locations for computer hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, UPS, Server, Firewall, Router and other IT hardware.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, drivers, and essential software.
- Perform hardware upgrades, component replacement, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot LAN, networking, internet connectivity, and basic server-related issues.
- Provide technical support to clients and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
- Maintain records of field visits, hardware issues, replacements, and service reports.
- Coordinate with the internal technical/support team for complex issues.
- Ensure proper handling and security of company/client equipment.
