A Performance Marketing Intern role is designed to give hands‑on exposure to paid advertising and data‑driven marketing. It’s more specialized than a general digital marketing internship, focusing on measurable results from platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance channels.
1. Campaign Support
- Assist in setting up and monitoring paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
- Help with keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
- Track daily performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.
2. Creative & Ad Copy
- Draft ad copy variations and suggest creative ideas.
- Coordinate with design/content teams to produce ad creatives.
- Test different ad formats (carousel, video, display, search).
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Meta Business Suite to analyze campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports highlighting KPIs and insights.
- Identify trends and suggest optimization opportunities.
4. Optimization
- Support A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and CTAs.
- Monitor budgets and recommend adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Learn how to scale campaigns based on performance data.
5. Collaboration
- Work closely with senior marketers to align campaigns with business goals.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure lead quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
