Job Title: Modular Kitchen Sales & Design Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated, highly focused, dynamic and creative Modular Kitchen Sales & Design Executive to assist customers in planning, designing, and purchasing customized modular kitchen solutions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating design proposals, conducting site measurements, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital inquiries, and field visits.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their kitchen design requirements.
- Present modular kitchen products, materials, finishes, accessories, and appliances.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Design Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements.
- Create modular kitchen layouts and 3D designs using design software.
- Recommend suitable layouts, storage solutions, colors, and materials.
- Prepare design presentations and explain concepts to customers.
- Coordinate with production, installation, and project teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Modify designs based on customer feedback.
Coordination & Project Management
- Track project progress from order confirmation to installation.
- Coordinate with vendors, installers, and contractors.
- Ensure timely delivery and completion of projects.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in modular kitchen sales, interior design, or furniture sales.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of modular kitchen layouts and materials.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2020 Design, or similar tools.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Ability to read floor plans and technical drawings.
- Good organizational and project coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, or home interiors.
- Understanding of kitchen ergonomics and space planning.
- Knowledge of hardware brands, accessories, and appliances.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly sales revenue achieved.
- Number of projects converted from leads.
- Customer satisfaction ratings.
- Accuracy of designs and quotations.
- Timely completion of projects.
