We're looking for a technically fluent Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI and data engineering projects. You'll be managing AI implementations, NL-to-SQL systems, RAG deployments, and multi-agent orchestration projects for Fortune-class clients — working at the intersection of IBM partnerships, SAP/CRM integrations, and intelligent automation.

ROLE INVOLVES :
Team Lead ( 15-20 people )
- Customer interface
- End to End Project Management
- Scoping complexity and effort for agentic AI workflows
- Objection Hnadling ( Customer & Team Both )
- Change Management
- Documentation
- UAT Validation
- OEM Management ( IBM )
MUST HAVES:
- Experience-. 4–5 years of technical project management in software/data/AI domains
- Delivered at least 3 full-cycle projects from requirements → production, ideally involving APIs, databases, or data pipelines.
- Stakeholder management: Should be experience to translate technical constraints into business language and Vice-versa to clients.
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Risk management: Technical expertise to mitigate production blocks
- Documentation discipline
- Communication skills- To run client Demos and overall communication between client and Team
- Ability to work in high-ambiguity environments
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Noida): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
