● Develop, update, and disseminate job descriptions, and coordinate the advertisement of open positions across multiple channels. ● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. ● Design and implement orientation programs for new employees and facilitate ongoing training initiatives for existing staff members. ● Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback and recommending appropriate improvement strategies. ● Foster a well-organized and harmonious work environment, addressing employee concerns and promoting positive engagement. ● Remain current with employment laws and regulations, and liaise with external legal and professional resources to ensure compliance with all applicable policies. ● Oversee and maintain employee health and safety standards within the workplace. ● Develop and administer staff development programs and procedures in line with organizational objectives. ● Advise employees on company policies and procedures, offering support and clarification as needed. ● Accurately manage payroll and benefits administration processes. ● Communicate effectively with employees regarding performance-related issues and maintain accurate electronic and digital records of employee information. Required Skills and Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. ● A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in human resources. ● Additional training or certification in Payroll Management is highly desirable. ● Demonstrated ability in negotiation and conflict resolution. ● Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation and compliance requirements. ● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. ● Commitment to protecting the interests of all employees while maintaining strict confidentiality. ● Thorough understanding of HR functions and best practices
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
