Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 1 - 3 yr
Salary: ₹6 LPA + Incentives up to ₹3 LPA
Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned client acquisition and revenue generation targets.
- Manage and maximize revenue opportunities from existing clients.
- Handle activities across Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Onboarding, and Client Services functions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technology-based solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, Service Delivery, and IT teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Gather market feedback and customer requirements to support product enhancements.
- Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations and customer presentations.
- Create detailed Scope of Work (SOW) documents and communicate project requirements to internal teams.
- Develop customized proposals and business solutions based on client needs.
- Support customer onboarding and provide initial guidance for smooth adoption of products and services.
- Train and assist field sales teams on product features, benefits, and solution positioning.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in BCA, B.Sc Computer Science, B.Tech, or any relevant technical discipline.
- MBA/PGDM/MCA (preferred but not mandatory), especially with specialization in Marketing, Sales, or Business Strategy.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Pre-Sales, Business Development, or Solution Selling.
- Experience in SaaS, CPaaS, Telecom, IT Services, Software Solutions, or similar industries will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
- Ability to identify customer challenges and recommend tailored business solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products and services to business users.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
