From FTUE flows to full design systems - every level is open.
→ Junior (2 yrs): Figma proficiency + visual design fundamentals
→ Mid (2–5 yrs): Shipped app/game + developer handoff experience
→ Senior (5+ yrs): Own design systems, mentor juniors, drive retention metrics
