About the Role
Kozmictech Pvt Ltd, working in partnership with UK-based financial brokerage Pay2Day Ltd, is looking for a highly experienced and performance-driven Outbound Telesales Call Centre Manager to build, train and manage a high-performing outbound telesales operation in our Ahmedabad office.
This is a senior leadership role for someone with strong experience in:
- outbound telesales,
- call centre operations,
- sales management,
- team recruitment,
- training and performance management,
- and sales closing.
The successful candidate must be capable of independently building and managing a team of 10+ telesales executives targeting the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train and manage outbound telesales executives
- Build a high-performance sales culture
- Create daily calling targets and KPI systems
- Monitor productivity, conversions and call quality
- Train staff on objection handling and closing techniques
- Conduct daily sales reviews and coaching sessions
- Generate qualified business finance leads for the UK market
- Improve conversion rates and team performance
- Work closely with management to scale operations
- Help build the Ahmedabad office into a large outbound sales hub
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years experience in outbound telesales or call centre management
- Proven experience managing teams of 10 or more people
- Strong leadership, communication and training skills
- Excellent sales and objection handling ability
- Experience recruiting and managing telesales teams
- Highly target-driven and performance-oriented
- Experience handling UK campaigns preferred
- Finance, brokerage or loan industry experience is a major advantage

Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience and track record)
