Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with banking domain experience to promote and sell banking products and financial solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to acquire new customers and achieve sales targets in a competitive banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell banking products such as credit cards, personal loans, business loans, bank accounts, insurance, and other financial services.
Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales, referrals, networking, and field activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs assigned by management.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close sales opportunities.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and documentation requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Stay updated on banking products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
