Key Responsibilities:
- Handling complete service operations of the dealership
- Managing workshop productivity and customer satisfaction
- Team handling and technical coordination
- Monitoring service targets, revenue, and workshop efficiency
- Ensuring process compliance and quality standards
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in automobile dealership service operations
- Strong leadership and customer handling skills
- Good knowledge of workshop management and team coordination
- Experience in passenger car service division preferred
