A Technician OSS Engineer is responsible for maintaining and supporting telecom operational support systems (OSS), ensuring smooth network operations, troubleshooting issues, and integrating monitoring tools. This role blends technical expertise in networking, scripting, and system management with problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
- Monitor network performance, service provisioning, and fault management.
- Perform system troubleshooting and resolve issues to maintain uptime.
- Develop technical documentation and user manuals.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on OSS systems.
- Assist in planning and implementing new OSS/BSS projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, BE, IT, DIPLOMA or related field.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
