A Computer Operator cum Office Assistant is responsible for handling computer-based tasks while providing administrative and operational support for the smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain digital records.
- Prepare and update reports, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Handle email communication and online documentation.
- Manage printing, scanning, photocopying, and filing of documents.
- Maintain office records and databases accurately.
- Assist in day-to-day office administration.
- Answer phone calls and coordinate with clients and team members.
- Support document verification and record management.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to the office.
Skills Required:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Data entry and documentation skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and multitasking.
Qualification:
- Minimum +2 / Graduate (preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
