Key Responsibilities
1. Clinic Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure efficient patient registration, consultation, treatment, and discharge processes.
- Monitor clinic schedules and optimize resource utilization.
- Maintain clinic cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
2. Team Management
- Supervise and manage front office staff, patient coordinators, nurses, technicians, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure proper staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate staff training and development programs.
3. Patient Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality.
- Address patient concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Monitor patient follow-up activities and retention initiatives.
- Maintain a patient-centric environment within the clinic.
4. Revenue & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor consultations, conversions, treatment bookings, and collections.
- Implement local marketing initiatives in coordination with the marketing team.
- Develop relationships with referring doctors, corporate clients, and local communities.
5. Financial Management
- Monitor daily collections and ensure accurate billing procedures.
- Verify cash, card, UPI, and online transactions.
- Control operational expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
- Prepare and submit periodic financial and operational reports.
6. Inventory & Asset Management
- Ensure adequate stock of medicines, consumables, and clinic supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Maintain clinic equipment and ensure timely servicing and maintenance.
- Prevent wastage and pilferage of clinic assets.
7. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain patient records and clinic documentation accurately.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Support internal audits and quality assurance activities.
8. Reporting & Coordination
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Clinical teams.
- Escalate operational issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in management meetings and strategic planning activities
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
