Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Manager who will own our complete sales function — from strategy to execution. You will work directly with the founder and play a key leadership role in driving company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire pathology labs and diagnostic centers as clients
- Conduct product demos and close deals
- Build relationships with pathology associations and diagnostic networks
- Plan and execute online and offline sales strategies
Assess, manage and mentor the existing sales team
- Hire and build field sales team as business grows
- Report weekly pipeline and revenue metrics to founder
What We Are Looking For:
- 4 to 6 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in healthcare software, lab equipment, or medical devices strongly preferred
- Prior experience in managing or building a small sales team
- Comfortable with field visits and direct client meetings
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Self-motivated with a leadership mindset
Compensation: Salary: Competitive, based on experience
- Performance Incentive: Monthly, linked to revenue
- High performers earn ₹70,000+ per month
