· Ensure resource availability
2. Productivity Control
· Track activity productivity
· Minimize idle time
· Ensure continuous workflow
3. Quality Management
· Ensure quality compliance
· Conduct inspections
· Prevent rework
4. Material Control
· Monitor consumption vs BOQ
· Control wastage
· Coordinate with store
5. Contractor Handling
· Guide contractors
· Ensure target achievement
· Support billing verification
6. Safety
· Ensure PPE compliance
· Maintain discipline
· Report violations
7. Reporting
· Maintain DPR
· Report issues
· Track quantities
