We are looking for an experienced Spa Therapist with 3–4 years of professional experience in providing high-quality spa and massage treatments. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Swedish and Balinese massage techniques, customer-focused, and committed to delivering a relaxing and professional spa experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Swedish and Balinese massage treatments to a high professional standard.
- Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable therapies and wellness treatments.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming treatment room.
- Ensure client comfort, privacy, and confidentiality throughout each session.
- Prepare treatment rooms, massage oils, linens, and equipment before and after treatments.
- Educate clients on treatment benefits and provide aftercare recommendations
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and spa operating procedures.
- Build strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Assist in maintaining spa supplies and inventory.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or Massage Therapist.
- Proficient in Swedish and Balinese massage techniques.
- Spa or massage therapy certification from a recognized institution is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
