Key Responsibilities: Sales & Distribution
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Promote and sell FMCG products in assigned territory
- Expand distribution network (new retailers and distributors)
- Ensure product availability in all key outlets
Retail & Dealer Management
- Visit retailers, wholesalers, and stockists regularly
- Build and maintain strong business relationships
- Negotiate orders, pricing, and promotional schemes
- Ensure proper product display and visibility (merchandising)
Market Coverage & Reporting
- Conduct daily/weekly market visits
- Monitor competitor activities (pricing, schemes, new launches)
- Report sales data, market feedback, and stock position
- Maintain daily sales reports and order sheets
Promotion & Branding
- Execute company promotions and schemes at retail level
- Support product launches and marketing campaigns
- Ensure brand visibility through POS materials (posters, stands, etc.)
Stock & Supply Coordination
- Coordinate with distributors for timely stock delivery
- Track inventory levels at retail and distributor points
- Prevent stock-outs and expiry issues
