Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Admission Field Executive to promote the institute, generate student leads for MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA & other courses and support admission activities through field visits. The role involves outreach, counselling, and converting prospects into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching centres, and events to generate leads
- Promote institute courses, programs, and admission offerings
- Conduct student counselling and explain admission procedures
- Build relationships with institutions, agents, and partners
- Collect and manage student data, leads, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with telecalling and admission teams for conversion
- Achieve admission targets and field activity goals
- Support seminars, admission drives, and promotional campaigns
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years experience in field sales, marketing, or admissions
- Freshers with strong communication and field interest may apply
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Willingness to travel and work in field
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting
Preferred Skills
- Experience in education admissions or field marketing
- Knowledge of local market and institutions
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
