Conduct cold/warm calls to prospective customers to promote products or services, aiming to meet or exceed sales
Identify customer needs, pitch appropriate solutions, and handle objections to close sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and/or local languages).
Previous experience in BPO sales, telesales, or international voice processes is preferred, but many roles accept freshers.
Generally a graduate in any stream, though undergraduate with relevant experience is often accepted.
