Job Description:-
- Working for First level Maintenance for ATM.
- Dispatch the First Level Maintenance calls to the concerned Field Engineers (Custodians) to make machine operational.
- Taking follow-ups on pending calls & closures.
- Handling all kinds of queries (Customer/Bank), escalation calls etc.
- To co-ordinate with customers & develop good relations with them.
- Coordinating E-mails on time to customer and as well as seniors.
- There will be coordination with the banks team and field team.
Experience :-
- 1 - 4 year in ATM Monitoring / FLM / SLM
Skills required:-
- Graduation Compulsory
- Good knowledge of MicroSoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Effective communication
- Decision Making
Shift Timing:- Rotational Shift
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
