We are seeking a driven and customer-focused B2B IT Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. This role requires direct client engagement, solution-based selling, and full ownership of the sales lifecycle—from prospecting to deal closure.The position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a target-oriented, field sales environment and have a passion for technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field prospecting
Engage with key decision-makers (CTOs, IT Managers, CXOs, Purchase Managers) to understand business needs and propose suitable IT solutions Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools
Experience
1–3 years of experience in B2B tech/IT field sales
Exposure to IT infrastructure products such as laptops, desktops, servers, networking & security solutions, AV products, SaaS, or IT services.
Tools & Mobility
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator .
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client engagements
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
