Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Instruction
- Design and deliver a comprehensive IT curriculum aligned with CBSE/ICSE and industry relevance.
- Teach core IT concepts including programming, databases, networking, cybersecurity, and digital literacy.
- Conduct practical, hands-on lab sessions using real-world applications and projects.
- Teach multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, HTML/CSS) as per curriculum needs.
- Use project-based and differentiated instruction to support diverse learning levels.
- Encourage computational thinking, innovation, and problem-solving.
- Design and implement an annual IT events calendar including workshops, competitions, and tech fairs.
Assessment & Student Support
- Assess learning through practical exams, coding assignments, projects, and presentations.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback on coding practices and technical skills.
- Track student progress and offer remedial support where required.
Classroom & Lab Management
- Maintain a disciplined, safe, and ethical computer lab environment.
- Ensure proper maintenance of computer labs, software, and digital resources.
- Promote digital citizenship, cyber safety, and responsible technology use.
Collaboration & School Engagement
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress in IT.
- Collaborate with teaching staff on interdisciplinary and technology-enabled learning.
- Support school technology initiatives, clubs, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain records of lab usage, student performance, and software licenses.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant IT certifications (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching IT at secondary or higher secondary level.
- Hands-on experience with multiple programming languages and lab management.
- Comfortable with operating systems, IDEs, and development tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
