We are looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly E-Sevai Maiyam Executive to assist customers with various online government and public service applications.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle E-Sevai applications and online government services
- Assist customers in applying for certificates and government schemes
- Process Aadhaar-related updates and services (as permitted)
- Upload and verify documents
- Manage online registrations and form submissions
- Maintain records and customer details
- Provide excellent customer support and guidance
- Handle basic office administration tasks
Requirements
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Good Typing Skills (Tamil & English)
- Knowledge of Internet Browsing and Online Applications
- Good Communication Skills
- Responsible and Customer-Friendly Attitude
- Freshers Can Apply
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Experience in E-Sevai Centre, CSC, Browsing Centre, or Data Entry work is an added advantage
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
